Hands-on deep tissue massage with targeted Theragun techniques
Beginning with targeted Theragun techniques to warm and prepare the muscles, the treatment then moves into a focused deep tissue massage, using firm techniques to work through the muscle layers, ease tightness and encourage deep relaxation. An optional scalp massage completes the treatment, leaving you feeling deeply restored.
Afterwards, there’s no need to rush away. Relax in our spa lounge with a herbal tea or fruit-infused water before continuing your day.
