A relaxing journey from shoulders to scalp

Immerse yourself in a deeply soothing experience designed to quiet the mind and release tension. The journey begins with a gentle foot ritual to cleanse and refresh, followed by a relaxing back, neck, and shoulder massage to ease built-up stress. This is complemented by a traditional Indian Head Massage that awakens circulation and restores a sense of balance. Natural GAIA skincare is used throughout, with cleansing and toning to refresh the skin, before a calming facial, scalp, hand and arm massage leaves you feeling renewed.

Worth noting

• Not suitable during pregnancy, try our Mother GAIA instead.
• The Spa is an adults-only space for guests aged 18 and over.
• Please arrive around 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and settle you in. Running late? We’ll always do our best, but treatments must finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
• If your plans change, please let us know 48 hours beforehand. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.
• While we don’t have a swimming pool, you’re very welcome to drift into the restaurant or lounge afterwards for a quiet drink or something sweet.
