This completely bespoke treatment is tailored to your individual needs, taking into account your personal circumstances to ensure a deeply nurturing and restorative experience. The journey begins with a welcoming foot ritual before progressing to a personalised treatment using GAIA’s most soothing natural formulas.

Designed to provide comfort and care, this specialist treatment is suitable for those currently undergoing medical treatment, living with a medical condition, or anyone who may normally be unable to enjoy a traditional spa experience.

Worth noting

• To allow us to personalise your experience with the utmost care, we kindly request that your intake form is completed prior to your arrival at the Spa. The form will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed.
• The Spa is an adults-only space for guests aged 18 and over.
• Please arrive around 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and settle you in. Running late? We’ll always do our best, but treatments must finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
• If your plans change, please let us know 48 hours beforehand. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.
• While we don’t have a swimming pool, you’re very welcome to drift into the restaurant or lounge afterwards for a quiet drink or something sweet.
