Beginning with a gentle cleanse and tailored exfoliation, it introduces nutrient-rich serums and a personalised mask ritual chosen specifically for your skin’s needs. Every step works in harmony to address the root causes of imbalance while focusing on the four pillars of skin health: oxygen flow, collagen production, hydration, and cell turnover. The result is a complexion that feels revitalised, luminous, and beautifully restored, with your skin at its most radiant.

The 90-minute version elevates the experience with a more intense, tailored mask and a deeply personalised facial massage, designed to depuff, stimulate, soothe, and sculpt, leaving your skin profoundly revitalised, radiant, and exquisitely restored.

This results-driven facial features active ingredients and is best suited to those familiar with professional facials or without very sensitive skin.
Due to the inclusion of bovine (cow) and marine (fish) collagen, this treatment is not suitable for vegans or strict vegetarians.

The Spa is an adults-only space for guests aged 18 and over.
Please arrive around 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and settle you in. Running late? We’ll always do our best, but treatments must finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
If your plans change, please let us know 48 hours beforehand. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.
While we don’t have a swimming pool, you’re very welcome to drift into the restaurant or lounge afterwards for a quiet drink or something sweet.
