Targetted tension-busting massage with Theragun® techniques

An intensive, results-driven treatment designed to release chronic tension, ease fatigue, and restore suppleness to tight, overworked muscles. Combining expert deep tissue massage with flowing Theragun® techniques, this therapy works dynamically through the muscle layers to ease tightness, boost circulation, improve mobility, and support recovery.

The 60-minute session prioritises your key areas of tension for focused, effective relief, while the 90-minute experience includes a full body massage with additional time dedicated to areas needing deeper attention. An optional scalp massage completes the treatment, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and fully revitalised.

*If you would prefer to enjoy a traditional deep tissue massage without the use of the Theragun®, simply let your therapist know on the day, they will be happy to tailor the treatment to your preference.

Worth noting

Not suitable during pregnancy, try our Mother GAIA instead.
The Spa is an adults-only space for guests aged 18 and over.
Please arrive around 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and settle you in. Running late? We’ll always do our best, but treatments must finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
If your plans change, please let us know 48 hours beforehand. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.
While we don’t have a swimming pool, you’re very welcome to drift into the restaurant or lounge afterwards for a quiet drink or something sweet.
