A deeply relaxing holistic therapy based on the principle that specific reflex points in the feet correspond to different systems of the body. Your treatment begins with a welcoming foot ritual before moving into precise therapeutic techniques that help release tension, stimulate circulation, and support the body’s natural healing responses. The result is a sense of balance and a restored feeling of wellbeing.

Worth noting

• Not suitable during pregnancy, try our Mother GAIA instead.
• The Spa is an adults-only space for guests aged 18 and over.
• Please arrive around 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and settle you in. Running late? We’ll always do our best, but treatments must finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
• If your plans change, please let us know 48 hours beforehand. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.
• While we don’t have a swimming pool, you’re very welcome to drift into the restaurant or lounge afterwards for a quiet drink or something sweet.
