Step into your own private sanctuary and share a truly unique journey of relaxation and playful connection. Spend 45-minutes in our Thermal Suite, following a self-guided ritual, before enjoying a 60-minute treatment of your choice to leave you feeling completely refreshed and restored. A perfect escape for connection, relaxation, and radiant skin.

To begin your journey, first choose your 45-minute thermal ritual:

Cleansing Thermal Ritual – Self-guided foam steam room experience.
Nourishing Thermal Ritual – Self-guided mud steam room experience.

After your thermal ritual, choose one of the following 60-minute treatments:

GAIA Jade Facial – Refreshes and nourishes the skin.
Unwind & Glow – Back massage with a revitalising facial.
Upper Body Reset – Back, shoulder, face, and scalp massage to release tension.

Your journey ends with a quiet moment together in our relaxation lounge, sipping a soothing herbal tea or refreshing fruit-infused water, before returning to your hotel room or heading out to enjoy Bath, carrying the calm of your spa experience with you.

Worth noting

This appointment isn’t suitable if you’re pregnant or managing heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgery, or any heat-sensitive conditions. If you're unsure, please contact us before booking. We also don't recommend this appointment if you are claustrophobic.
The Spa is an adults-only space for guests aged 18 and over. Please note that treatments take place in separate treatment rooms.
Please arrive around 20 minutes early, allowing time to be welcomed and to change into your robe and swimwear. Running late? We’ll always do our best, but treatments must finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
If your plans change, please let us know 48 hours beforehand. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.
While we don’t have a swimming pool, you’re very welcome to drift into the restaurant or lounge afterwards for a quiet drink or something sweet. *We recommend booking ahead to guarantee a table.
