Enjoy our Francis signature thermal journey for two followed by a traditional afternoon tea in the elegant surroundings of the Francis Hotel.

To begin your journey, first choose your 45-minute thermal ritual:

Cleansing thermal ritual – Self-guided bubble steam room experience.
Nourishing thermal ritual – Self-guided rasul mud room experience.

After your ritual, unwind together in our lounge before continuing to your chosen 60-minute treatment:

Jade facial by GAIA – Natural facial using GAIA skincare.
Unwind and glow – Back massage with a mini facial.
Upper body reset – Back, shoulder and head massage.

Afterwards, return to our tranquil lounge to relax with a herbal tea or fruit-infused water, before continuing upstairs for a traditional afternoon tea, featuring delicate finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream and preserves, and handcrafted pastries served in Emberwood.

Afternoon tea bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Food and drink may contain allergens, please contact us before booking if you have a severe allergy and include any dietary requirements in the special requests box. Our Thermal Suite includes a steam room and is therefore not suitable during pregnancy or for those with heat-sensitive medical conditions. If you’re unsure, please contact us before booking.
