A full-body aromatherapy experience to help ease stress and tension

A deeply grounding full-body massage, tailored to your body’s needs. Using GAIA’s potent plant-based oils, delivered by a highly skilled massage therapist, this treatment eases tension, relaxes tight muscles, and restores balance. The session begins with a calming back, neck, and shoulder massage, then moves to the legs, feet, arms, and hands, finishing with a scalp massage for complete relaxation. With rhythmical, flowing medium pressure, this treatment leaves you fully restored and at quietly at ease.

Worth noting

• Not suitable during pregnancy, try our Mother GAIA instead.
• The Spa is an adults-only space for guests aged 18 and over.
• Please arrive around 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and settle you in. Running late? We’ll always do our best, but treatments must finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
• If your plans change, please let us know 48 hours beforehand. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.
• While we don’t have a swimming pool, you’re very welcome to drift into the restaurant or lounge afterwards for a quiet drink or something sweet.
