Indulge with cleansing clays and purifying steam

Step into the tranquillity of your own sanctuary and share this journey of relaxation. Begin with a self-applied gently polishing body scrub, rinsed away beneath an invigorating hot and cold experience shower. Next, smooth the naturally curative Rasul mud over your skin and settle into the warm cabin together. After 15 minutes of rest, the steam is released to deeply cleanse and revitalise the skin before being rinsed away in the overhead showers. Once dry, smooth on GAIA's Awakening body lotion before reclining on the heated bench to fully unwind.

After your session, guests are invited to relax in our tranquil Garden Lounge with a soothing herbal tea or refreshing fruit-infused water. A peaceful pause before continuing your day, or, for those wishing to extend their experience, our thermal suite is the perfect preparation for a massage or facial.

Worth noting

This appointment isn’t suitable if you’re pregnant or managing heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgery, or any heat-sensitive conditions. If you're unsure, please contact us before booking. We also don't recommend this appointment if you are claustrophobic.
While we don’t have a swimming pool, you’re very welcome to drift into the hotel's restaurant or lounge afterwards for a quiet drink or something sweet. We recommend booking ahead to guarantee a table.
